Description: During this session, teachers will the learn how the Common Core State Standards relate to writing IEP goals. They will also explore IEP goal writing and the shift in instructional practice required by the Common Core State Standards.
Presenters: Ethel E. Barker is the high incidence disabilities manager for Chicago Public Schools, Office of Special Education and Supports. She supports the implementation of strategies, interventions, and inclusive service delivery models proven to support students with disablities in making progress in the general education curriculum.
